SPRING BREAK CHALLENGE! (ages 2-13)
Monday - Saturday April 12 – 17
Join us on Beanstack and Google Classroom for fun activities during Spring Break. Every day we will be posting a DIY Challenge, a Reading Challenge and a Community Challenge.
Prizes will be awarded to kids who complete at least one challenge every day and super prizes to anyone who completes them all.
The Spring Break Challenge will be open until April 25.

Join our Spring Reading Club on Beanstack to track reading, activities and reviews and win prizes!
Every hour you read gets you a ticket to enter a draw to win a free book or a cool bead for your TD Summer Reading Club Necklace.

VIRTUAL SCIENCE LAB (ages 4-10, with adult)
Fridays, April 16 - May 28 | 2:00pm
Join Polly in Google Classrooms for some fun STEM activities online!
A new topic and 3-4 assignments will be featured each week. You can complete them any time during the course of the program as you wish.
Certificates are available for scientists who complete at least one experiment from each week.
This season we're exploring ordinary things and the science behind and around them. Paper, things that melt, water, and much more!

1000 BOOKS BEFORE KINDERGARDEN
Join the 1000 Books Before Kindergarten reading challenge and build your child’s early literacy skills to help them be ready when they start school.
It’s never too late to start! Reading together will help your child develop a love of books and start to create a reading habit for life.
Just one book per day for their first three years equals 1,095 books.

PANDEMIC PEN PALS
APL is now offering Pandemic Pen Pals - a great way to earn volunteer hours while helping an elementary school student with their reading and writing, as well as penmanship or typing skills.
Letters from kids will transmitted via Library staff to ensure appropriateness and to protect the privacy and contact details of both
